Job Description
|
|
We are seeking a
qualified CFO to manage all financial aspects for the company as we continue
to grow. You must be a highly qualified candidate who can work alongside the
CEO to meet and surpass all company goals and directives.
|
|
Selection Criteria
|
|
- A minimum of a CPA
qualification.
- At least five years experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably within a medium to large organization - Sound knowledge and understanding of Xero - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills. - Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies. - Significant experience in code and compliance in Vanuatu |
