Job Description

Centre Manager(Loan
officer)
Recruits, trains and works with women who run their own small businesses. Having good endurance, he/she drives every day to different villages throughout Efate to implement our program by conducting group meetings which runs up to 1 hour. He/She is articulate and comfortable speaking to large groups of women. He/She is respectful by displaying the ability and willingness to get along well with women of various social classes and educational abilities. Main Duties Recruit and train new client members Prepare loan applications and make loan assessments for small businesses Collect weekly repayments Maintain good loan portfolio quality and control. Accounting Assistant(1) Position Description: The Accounting Assistant’s job is to provide support to the Finance and Administration Team who has the responsibility in four general areas: financial management & reporting, human resources management, information technology and operational support. |

Qualifications/Experience
Must possess a valid driver’s license At least year 12 with 2 years of work experience in a community, commercial banking or banking organization with demonstrated success and progress well regarded Social work experience would be well regarded Experience with women’s groups and committees also well regarded Ability to relate to and promote the social mission of SPBD whilst enforcing and complying with commercial disciplines Applicants with Certificate or Diploma in Business or Accounting is preferred. Fluent in both Bislama and English. |
