Job Description
We’re looking for an experience in field of Accounting and Administration with Good Computer skills literate.
• Knowledge of Administrative matters
Fluent in English or French
Able to work under pressure
Must be Honest and Reliable
• Excellent/Fair knowledge of MS Office & Excel  with background on Plumbing / Hardware products.
• Familiarity with MYOB RM and ability to build productive business professional relationships
Selection Criteria
• Reconcile Cash Sales and Change Fund in the Morning and Afternoon
• Review daily sales
• Prepare Cash and Check deposit for banking
• Prepare Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Cross Check Accounting Export from Retail Manager to MYOB
• Monitor Merchandise Inventory and Inventory Clearing accounts  in MYOB
• Control Receivables and Aged Debtor
• Prepare and Process Payroll
• Updates Staff Records
• Updates Fixed Assets
• Work with manager for promotion and specials
• Liaise with local and oversee suppliers and process payment
• Double check Actual Items received against Invoice
• Prepare and process for Payment monthly VNPF and Vat returns.
• Responsible for Oversee shipment Clearance
• Prepare Monthly Trial Balance Reconciliation
• Assist in Audit requirements
• Point of Contact for IT issues
• Back up to Manager
