Selection Criteria

Qualification: Degree or
Post Grad Diploma in IT
Special Business Education: IT engineering or any discipline relating to GIS or Management would be an advantage Experience: 5 years experience in systems engineering, systems support or in a technology related industry, prior management experience. Must also demonstrate knowledge of use of Mapping software Special skills: IT skills, effective negotiation skills, analytical skills, monitoring & evaluation skills, planning & reporting skills and supervision skills Thinking style: Creative & practical thinker Communication/ Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills. Ability to initiate and direct technical projects in support of Ministry goals Behavioural competencies: Ability to organise resources, establish priorities, honest, reliable and be able to manage and delegate well. Language: English or French & Bislama |
