We currently looking for
an experience Pastry Chef for our Kitchen.
|
Selection Criteria
|
• Be able to prepare
sweets and pastries for breakfast, functions and a-la-
carte menu • Previous experience of at least 3 - 5 years working in a busy kitchen • Have to be punctual, neat and tidy and maintain high level of hygiene • Should be confident within all sections in a kitchen operations • Possess good interpersonal skills • Be very customer focused • Have a good understanding of food cost control • Be a team player and work well under pressure |
