Freshwater is a 300 acre
cocoa plantation on Aore Island, Santo.
We offer day tours of the plantation and our licensed restaurant.
Open 7 days and 1 night per week.

Job Description
|
Meet and greet guests
wishing to do our plantation and bat cave tour.
Co-ordinate bookings and ensure guests are picked up by our staff (by boat or car) Take lunch and dinner orders Make all drinks including cocktails Specials board and pricing In charge of Point of Sale system and training others in this Credit card transactions and currency conversion End of day financial summaries As this is a small restaurant, all staff must be or become multi skilled. Weekend work required as well as 1-2 evenings per week. |
Selection Criteria
|
Excellent English
5-10 years experience in an ex-pat operated tourism resort or similar Experience with point of sale, credit cards, currency conversion Experience making cocktails Ability to manage bar including ensuring stock is always up to date Supervise and train other wait staff Be willing to do other jobs on quiet days. Preference to Ni-Vanuatu citizens. Overseas applicants not accepted. |
