Black Pearl Resort and
Spa is a new luxury Resort on the east coast of Santo only 15 minutes from
town.
The Oceanic Restaurant and Bar will open on the 1st August and requires
motivated staff who want to be part of this exciting new team.
The kitchen is
equipped with new European catering equipment including a real wood fire
pizza oven. We look forward to being a well known restaurant in Vanuatu and
focus on an excellent equipped kitchen with enthusiastic staff.

Job Description
|
HEAD CHEF:
Head of the Kitchen, must excel in
cooking and presentation.
Responsible for menu design and ordering.
Good staff
management and works well under pressure.
Able to cater for big groups and events .
SOUSS CHEF:
Senior Role in kitchen to assist Head Chef.
Confident in all
sections of kitchen operations.
Team player and works well under pressure.
PASTRY CHEF:
Must have at least 5
years experience in pastries, dessert and bread making.
KITCHEN HANDS:
Experience required,
hygiene important with good English.
On the job training.

Selection Criteria
|
The successful applicants
will be:-
Experienced in a Hotel or Resort Restaurant.
Punctual, neat and tidy.
Provide good references. Be customer focused, responsible and a team player. Communicate well in English. Motivated to work together to establish a reputation for fine dining with excellent service. |
Salary
|
Above average and
negotiable with 6 monthly reviews. Cost of relocating for the right person
