Job Description

• Must be an A Grade qualified Electrician • Have worked as an electrical Manager or Supervisor • Have experience in training staff • Hold a current drivers licence • Have worked previously on major construction sites • Have strong experience Managing multiple work crews • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Be fit for work and able to participate activities with a high physicality level • Have excellent time management and organisational skills • Attention to detail and quality • Intermediate or better computer skills including the use of Microsoft Programs, Email systems and Project Planning Programs • Excellent client interface

Selection Criteria

Job tasks and responsibilities: • Completing Electrical Installations, including but not limited to CCTV, must have extensive knowledge and experience is all aspects of electrical installations, generator install and service • Managing or assisting with stock required for major contracts • Overseeing electrical works installations • Oversee and train Ni-Vanuatu Electricians if and when required • Client interfacing • Reporting to the Director if and when required • Performing works on both day shift and night shift (if required)
