Reporting directly to the Head of Retail and Marketing, the successful applicant must demonstrate a high standard of professional support to the Retail Team in Port Vila Second Branch. |

Job Description
|
• Accurate and timely
checking of relevant banking processes
• Internal and external compliance and regulatory adherence • Identification of training needs within the team and escalating these to the Team Leader to address • Providing technical advice to business and dealing with people at different levels |
Selection Criteria
|
• 1 year plus experience
in the processing and reconciliation of relevant processes
• Strong technical knowledge on both products and processes • Ability to understand and apply process maps • Effective communication skills required to deal with people at different levels in providing technical advice • Interpersonal skills when dealing with staff |
