- Assisting head chef and
  sous chef with food preparation and cooking - Portion and Waste control - Maintaining hygiene and food & safety standards |

Selection Criteria | 
| 
- Minimum 3 years working
  in a reputable restaurant kitchen - Good spoken english and bislama - Able to communicate with team members - Able to work in a team and alone - Must be punctual, neat and tidy - Confident with western mise en place and hot section - Must be passionate to learn and develop skills in the food industry |
