Reporting directly to the Head of Retail and Marketing, the successful applicant must demonstrate a high standard of professional support to the Retail Team in each location.

Job Description
|
Leading and operating the
business to deliver high profit through the achievement of revenue, expenses,
employee and customer advocacy targets
• Develop a business plan for the local area market to achieve objectives with the Head of Retail and Marketing • Ensuring that the branch team has an up to date understanding of internal procedures, policies and the products and services offered through the branch • Ensure all dealings are ethical and compliant with the Bank’s policies and procedures |
Selection Criteria
|
• 3 years + experience as
sales and business leader
• Have an experience in consumer and business lending • Highly developed influencing and Strategic Planning Skills • Presentation, Networking and Excellent Interpersonal Skills • Personal business development drive and focus on building relationships in the community • Risk and compliance discipline focus • Driver’s license desirable |
