Job Description
|
|
The job requires a Trainee Crew
member that can interact with guests and work on the boats of the company.
Greeting and directing guests, crewing on the boats and tour leading are the
main functions, providing a high standard of service and effectively
communicating with guests and management, and maintaining vessels and keeping
them clean and immaculate. This will suit applicants with a friendly
disposition, good communication ability and interest to work in tourism.

Selection Criteria
|
|
- Candidates must be physically fit
- Have ability to swim and no fear of water - Have a friendly outgoing personality, good smile and be presentable - Have good communication skills in English – very important! - Looking to build a career in a growth company and industry - Good work ethic and willingness to learn - Be punctual and reliable - Flexibility to work weekends on roster basis - Having a valid Maritime Safety Certificate and driving licence would be a bonus - Previous experience is not required as we will train you if you possess the right attitude - Most important, you must have a willingness to learn |
