The sales manager is to motivate
the employees and to work with them to set and meet sales goals. You will
have to resolve conflicts and will be in charge within the organization. The
sales manager will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find
weaknesses, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies and to set proper
goals and determine proper pricing.

Selection Criteria
|

• Qualified with at least 5 - 10
years experience in Sales
• Good Knowledge in different Sales Mechanics • Able to Monitor growing sales operation domestically and Inter Island • Management experience essential • Good leadership skills and effective team leader • Able to train and Manage a team of more than 10 staffs • Good Knowledge of computer in Microsoft Office with regular reports • Good Communication Skills • Honest, Mature and Responsible • Driving license needed • Able to work 7 days a week and under pressure |
