This role willassist in providing high quality administrative and customer service to our internal and external customers. This Position will be based at the World Vision Country Office in Port Vila.

Administration Officer:
In line with WV Vanuatu’s For Children, For Change, For Life (4C4C4L) purpose, this position will:
- Provide administrative and general support to the Logistics & Procurement team such as accommodation, flight bookings and vehicle fleet
- Operate incoming and out-going calls from 8.00am – 4:30pm; receiving and transferring telephone calls, announcing callers, taking brief messages and passing these on via the email system or connecting callers to staff members personal direct line voicemail
- Greet and welcome visitors to the Office
- Provide logistical support especially on meetings and events management held in the Board Room, to include preparation of meeting and conference rooms and assist in arrangements for catering provisions
- Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management, and participate in organisation-wide events and discussions on related topics/projects.
