Telecom
Vanuatu Limited is seeking for an Affinity Sales Officer to be based in
Port-Vila.
Missions
To
play a key role in communicating with our customers mostly in Islands, to raise
the profile of our telecommunication network, services and projects provided by
Telecom Vanuatu Limited. This extends to playing an important role in the
Distribution department being a team member and ensuring that all TVL products
and offerings being communicated in a professional manner at first hand.
Activities
- Lead
product and service communication to Islands customers
- Promote
and do sales of the products to the islands people and customers around in Port
Vila
- Support
co-ordination of specific events conducted by TVL
- Assist
in coordination of general communication
- Product
sales activity with stock and cash handling
- Zero
discrepancy reconciliation after every mission
- Moving
around in the weak zone of TVL, and do the promotional activity
- Taking
active part in all outdoor events of TVL
- Help
market and communicate events
- Be
the first point of contact b/w TVL and customers
- Taking
part in collection drive also- based on need.
Criteria:
Competences:
1. Knowledge
- Secondary
school graduates or above
2. Skills
- Minimum
of 1 year experience as a junior/assisting affinity sales officer for a telecom
operator or FMCG
- Excellent
speaking power, customer convincing skills and sales ability
- Delivery
oriented on schedule and according to timeline set
- Ability
to work on a transversal way, understanding all the needs of the different entities
- Excellent
team work skills
- Fluent
in English, Bislama and good understanding of French
- Have
a Valid Driver’s License
