The Position |
The job requires daily checks on the 2 500kVA Generators. Keeping the generators clean and daily top up of the Generator Fuel tanks and logging the fuel usage. To person will be required to maintain the fuel stock in the external 3500l tank, facilitate fuel deliveries either by booking the barge for drums from Pacific Energy, or by driving the tanker barge when available. |
Essential Selection Criteria |
► Diesel engine basic maintenance and basic electrical knowledge |
► Ability to use remote monitoring techniques to supervise site generator fuel levels |
► Excellent communication skills in Bislama and intermediate in English |
► Good spoken and written English |
► Boat Handling experience for 24 foot / 25Hp outboard boat |
