Job Description:


The Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources wishes to recruit experienced and qualified persons to fill the following  position:
Position Title: Assistant Valuation & Lease Dispute Resolution Officer
Position #: 6004
Salary Level: AS 3.3 (VT 1,164,240)
Department: Office of the Valuer General
        Criteria:
        Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria:
        • Qualification: Diploma or Degree
        • Special Skills Education: Land Management or Real Estate
        • Experience: At least one year experience in valuation and dispute resolution work or willing to learn
        • Management and Supervisory Skills: Ability to learn an able to manage his/her work
        • Special Skills: Possess or able to acquire a motor vehicle driver's licence. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), dispute resolution and report writing
        • Thinking Style: Must have the ability to analyse and process information and data analytically to form opinion
        • Communication/Interpersonal Skills: Must be articulated and have good communications and writing skills
        • Behavioral Competencies: Not hesitant to take instruction and willing to learn.

              VT 1,164,240 

              		Language:

              		English or French and Bislama
