Job Description:

Seeking applicants with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as GM in an alcohol import and distribution business. Reporting directly to the Business Owners, the GM will be responsible for all aspects of the business. Located in Port Vila the role is 6 days per week minimum with stocktaking monthly on a Sunday. Criteria: Any applicant must demonstrate excellence in: Financial Planning, Control and Analysis Business Strategic Planning & Execution Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Brand Development Accounting, Budget and Cash Flow Forecasting Service & Product Quality Development and Control Process Implementation, Review and Development Business Risk Mitigation and Continuity Planning People Skills - Development, Training and Conflict Resolution Logistics and Operations Management & Legal Compliance.
