Job Description:
Drive, up skill and lead department team members, manage conferencing, bar, cafe and restaurant operations. Create and promote events and special occasion events, and work with head chef to manage profit margins, wastage, menus availability and specials. 

Criteria:
  • Driver’s license
  • Manage a tourism business in Vanuatu with multiple employees and has a proven record of maintaining and increasing a customer base 
  • Social media marketing experience/ Basic graphic design knowledge
  • Computer literacy is vital.
