DCIR within the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management wishes to recruit to the following position:
Post Title: Principal Vat Compliance Officer
Post Number: 36017 - Port Vila
Grade: F Ps5.6
Annual Salary: VT 1,975,680

Criteria:
  • Degree or Higher
  • Accounting Economics or related business
  • 5 years experience in Revenue, VAT, Taxes, accounting or similar discipline; Good knowledge of VAT legislation in the country. Demonstrate ability to supervise and carry out VAT compliance 
  • Auditing and Compliance skills; Planning skills; Note taking skills; Report writing skills; Problem solving skills; Interpretation skills; Negotiation skills; computer literate in Microsoft word & excel
  • work with awkward customer; practical; questioning & critical; Analytical
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; good listening skills
  • Humble; punctuality and cooperative; able to keep confidential information; dedication; honest & trustworthy. 

          		Salary:

          Annual - VT 1,975,680

          		Language:

          		English and/or French, and Bislama
