The selected person will be in charge of the technical
management of the company Ballande Vanuatu Limited mainly involved in cattle
breeding, under both supervision of the local Farming Operating manager and the
Farming Operating Manager of the Group in New Caledonia.
The selected person will be in charge of organizing
the operations related to the bovine and porcine breeding as well as vegetable
productions in order to obtain optimum results of production and to assist the
Agricultural Operating Manager under the Group policy.
The main entrusted tasks are the following:-
- Complete management of the productions (identifications, inventories, weighing,
sales, reproduction, renewal, seeding, crop…)
- Gathering of technical data (pasture calendar, weighing, observations…)
- Participation to the management of the fleet of machines and farming tools.
Criteria:
Profile:
- High school diploma and 3 years of experience as similar post
- Ability to staff management on field
- Rigorous and mindful for organization
- Knowledge data-processing too (Excel, Word, Isaviande and Outlook)
- Driving license for cars and trucks
- Availability
- The practice of English and Bislama would be better.
