- Manage the performance of preventive property
maintenance and repairs
- Supervise Security Personnel and other maintenance staff
- Managing budget for the building and maintenance of all pertinent records
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Criteria:
- More than 15 years of experience as Property Manager
- Computer Literate
- Ability to work under pressure and with less supervision
- Strong management and Interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of legal contracts and building materials.
