The VAN2017 Pacific Mini Games office under Transport
and Logistic department in Port Vila is seeking 2 Transport Coordinators to
join our team. The coordinator will assist in the coordination of fleets,
allocated buses, vehicles and workforce working in conjunction with the traffic
department (police), Municipal Police Wardens and Security Personnel.
It is critical that our athletes, visiting countries, sport officials and
special guests experience a timely, smooth and efficient transport system
between our venues and Athletes Villages.
Criteria:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Excellent Customer Service
- Reliable and Honest
- Handle issues and resolve peacefully
- Healthy and able to fulfil the long hours required
- Cooperate to work in a team
- No Alcohol/ Smoking/Kava while driving, on the vehicles and at the venues and
villages
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
