Job Description:
TIVR Timber is a leading timber and joinery business operating at Salili on the Mele Road.
We are seeking a dynamic person to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
Primary Role
To be a full time Nanny to an active 5 year old girl
Delivery and pick up to school and after school activities
Assistance with homework and reading
Cooking some meals.
Secondary Role
Messenger and Purchaser during school hours
This involves delivering and picking up cheques
Purchasing supplies and dropping off staff to installation jobs
Following up Government LPOs
Liaise with both Immigration and Labour Department to ensure the smooth and prompt processing of all Permits
Liaise with Store Room Manager in maintaining key supply levels
Other Duties as requested by Office Supervisor and Manager
Act as back up in absence of other admin staff.
Criteria:
Drivers License
High level of personal integrity and honesty
Must be able to start work at 6am and work late when required
Must be flexible with hours worked both during the week and be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
Punctual
Loving and caring and able to communicate well with a small child
Advanced written and verbal English language skills essential, French an advantage
First Aid skills are
an advantage
Able to travel.
