The Organisation |
The Vanuatu Skills Partnership aims to develop new approaches for a national skills system that better links skills training to economic outcomes within a quality assured framework. It has a dual focus on supporting the development of ni-Vanuatu entrepreneurship and the growth of the local private sector, as well as creating pathways for further formal training and employment opportunities |

The Position |
Under the guidance of the SfH Adviser, and working closely with the Department of Industry (DoI), the SfH Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of all SfH activity |

Essential Selection Criteria |
► Relevant tertiary level qualifications |
► Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills, and proven experience in the management and administration of complex programs. |
► This position is for ni-Vanuatu citizens only |
|
Desirable Selection Criteria |
► Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills, and proven experience in the management and administration of complex programs. |
► Outstanding relational and inter-personal skills and ability to work in team-based approach. |
► Proven experience in supporting business/community development. |
► Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Bislama and English, including strong report-writing skills. |
