| The Position | ||
| The Customer Sales and Service Representatives will provide superior airline reservation services to customers and potential customers travelling internationally. They will handle inquiries relating to ticket fares, sales, flight schedules, bookings, connecting flights, airline policies, departure and arrival times and international airport requirements.
We are looking for individuals with fluent French language skills to join our global team of brandambassadors. | ||
| Essential Selection Criteria | ||
| ► Previous customer service experience | ||
| ► Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English and French | ||
| ► Flexible to work night shifts | ||
| ► Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email programs | ||
| ► Ability to work in Fiji on a 2 year contract with the possibility of extension | ||
