Job Description: We are seeking expressions of interest for; 1 Administration Support Officer 1 Driver 1 Cleaner The Administration Support Officer will: Provide administration support to the organisation and management through coordinating and conducting administrative tasks and duties including handling and receiving information’s Support the general management of day to day operations within the country office including office management and management of supplies and assets Work closely with counterparts in sub-offices to ensure effective coordination between offices regarding administrative matters. The Driver will: Work closely with all programs, management and support services in providing support with general administration and logistical work Effectively transport staff for work related activities and maintain the organisation’s vehicles Work closely with the Administrative Support Officer to ensure effective management of other office maintenance issues. The Cleaner will: Work closely with the Administrative Support Officer to ensure effective maintenance of communal office space including kitchen, conference room and storage facilities Ensure to keep the office clean and well-organized at all times.
