Job Description:
Vanuatu Post Ltd is seeking applicants for the position of Customer Service Officer.
 
Criteria:
  • Tertiary Education
  • Vanuatu Secondary School (minimum year 12 Certificate)
  • Computer Literate
  • Minimum of one year in stock management
  • Knowledge of point sales systems and/or accounting systems
  • Knowledge and experience in customer services
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Some or good knowledge in postal business and products and services
  • Able to learn and adapt to change
  • Shows work commitment and is an on time performer
  • On time submission of accurate reports
  • Good communications skills in English and Bislama (French would be an advantage)
  • Background knowledge of stock management and MYOB Retail Manager and MYOB Enterprise System
  • Good customer service skills and attitude
  • Is an honest and trustworthy individual
  • Have some artistic flair
  • Has a driver’s license.
