Job Description: The major duties & responsibilities covers: Retail Functions and Operations (retailing & financial services) Marketing & Sales Customer Service Call Centre Stock Management

Criteria: Interested persons who wish to apply for the position must have the following qualification and experience: Education Minimum Diploma or Tertiary Institute equivalent certificate Qualification in Management, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing. Experience Minimum of three years in sales, retail and customer service Over 3 years’ experience in postal industry mail products and services Some understanding of postal regulations and procedures Over three years in supervisory position or human resource tasks Good knowledge of money remittance and associated AML and FIU compliance rules Able to implement new work tasks and monitoring practices Able to undertake research and planning Good understanding of stock procurement and stock management Experience in various Postal Customer Services Inquiries and measurement systems Experience in report writing. Over three years in frontline staff and customer management skills, customer complaint handling and customer inquiries Other qualities A good attitude and reliable work commitment Able to take on additional responsibilities when required upon agreement Self-motivated and loyal character Capacity to make improvements and has growth mind-set for the business High level of leadership principals, coaching skills with good work related attitude Able to make sound judgments and decisions Good communication skills Able to write and speak English and Bislama and/or French  Ability to speak to an audience Negotiating skills People focused and has artistic flair Driver’s license is an advantage.
