Job Description: The Corporate Service Unit under the Ministry of Internal Affairs wishes to recruit a qualified and experienced person to fill the position below: Job Title:        NGO Desk Officer Post Number:  0511 Grade:            H Os 4.0 Annual Salary: VT. 1,411,200 Location:        Port Vila Criteria: Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria: Qualification - Degree Special Business Education - International Relations, good office management skills, must be computer literate and report writing skills Experience - Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in Non-Government organization management Special Skills - Attention to detail and completing task in a timely manner; demonstrated capacity to work as part of a team, to address clients in a mature and professional manner Leadership Competencies - Team building Thinking style - Analytical practical thinker Communication/Interpersonal Skills - Good communication (Oral & written), listening & liaison skills Behavioral Competencies - Shows respect for others, confident, cooperative, punctual and trustworthy Language - English or French and Bislama.
