Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking a Graduate Engineer
Billing for its Network Department to be based in Port Vila.
- Ensure
all Telecom services offered by TVL are billed correctly
- Ensure
Billing and Provisioning systems are operating continuously, efficiently and
without any breaks and errors.
Main
Responsibility Area:
- Operation
and maintenance of systems: billing, provisioning, reporting/statistics
- Maintenance
of data warehouse of reporting systems
- Periodical
health checks for all relevant systems
- Monitoring
and supervision of systems to ensure good performance Troubleshooting in case
of faults
- Implementation
of new offers, packages and price plans.
Position Requirements:
- BSc
degree in Information Technology or Information Systems is preferred
- Professional
experience will be an advantage
- Understanding
of telecom networks
- Good
knowledge related to databases
- Good
knowledge of Linux operating system
- Fluent
English and Bislama, French will be an advantage

and reliable.
