This is a senior position requiring specific experience. Criteria: Knowledge and experience on construction projects coordinating vendors Ability to read and interpret drawings Knowledge of contracting and procurement practices Excellent attention to detail Proven ability to build and manage MS Excel spreadsheets for tracking requirements Proven experience managing multiple contractors in complex work situations Proven experience preparing project schedules Proven experience solving complex problems in a short period of time.
