The FFE Coordinator is responsible for the tracking
and coordination of all venue furniture.
Criteria:
- Demonstrated
experience with planning, allocating and tracking resources across multiple sites or locations
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Experience with tracking information in a database
- Must
be organized, articulate, accurate, and have a strong attention to detail
- Versatile and flexible in approach and willing to work long days/evenings/weekend as required to get the job done
- To develop and produce high quality reports, presentations and other documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and polite manner with dynamic and positive attitude, honest, open to challenge and prepared to take advice
- Strong time management and planning skills.
