The Organisation | ||
The Pacific Aviation Safety Office ("PASO") is established under the Pacific Islands Civil Aviation Safety and Security Treaty (PICASST) as an International Organisation. The mission of the Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) is to establish a collaborative and regionally based aviation safety and security oversight programme for the benefit of stakeholders and the region. In pursuing this mission, PASO has committed itself to "provide an environment for staff which enables them to meet their career and personal goals in a manner that is consistent with PASO’s objectives". | ||
The Position | ||
The purpose of this position is to provide the General Manager and Corporate Services Manager with full and confidential executive assistant support, as well as providing Human Resources Support to the organisation. This role is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Council, managing all the meeting logistics and taking minutes of the meetings. Finally, they will provide corporate support to the PASO Head Office, which includes updating the website, liaising with external marketing and communication providers, and, providing initial IT support to staff. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► Ni-Vanuatu citizen | ||
► Clear police record | ||
► Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite | ||
► Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role | ||
► Experience in using databases | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Drivers licence | ||
