Seller Officer to be based in Santo.
Mission

Function
Basic activities important to follow on day-to-day
basis:
- Achieving
daily and monthly Target
- Relationship building with business partners
- Researching the market and related products
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face
to face to business partners
- Stock and
Cash management
- Market trend update.
Typical activities for Street Sales Officer
include:
- Listening
to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in
person
- Responding to incoming inquiries
- Acting as
a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering
market and customer information
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and
demonstrations
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with Retailers
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advising
on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Creating
detailed proposal documents
- Liaising
with stock team to check the progress of existing orders
- Checking
the quantities of goods on display and in stock at retail points
- Recording
sales and order information and sending copies to the Street Sales In charge, or entering figures into a computer system
and doing daily reconciliation of
- the stock and cash
- Reviewing
your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target
- Gaining a
clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Making
accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Feeding
future buying trends back to superior
- Attending
team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Taking
best care of the company properties
- Updating
and training the retailers on new products and promotions
- Following
up on competitors activity regularly and update the same to the superior.

sales work experience
- Stock and
cash reconciliation process.

- Fluent
English/French and Bislama
- Excellent
written and verbal skills
- Analytical thinking

to work on a transversal way, understanding all the needs of the different entities
- Have a
Valid Driver’s License.
