Job Description:
Applications are invited for the 3 positions of Senior Flight Attendants located at Bauerfield Airport, Port Vila VANUATU. The position is within the Flight Operations Department reporting to the Operational Cabin Manager through to the General Manager Operations - International.
OBJECTIVES
Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Passengers travelling on any Air Vanuatu Regional Aircraft.
- Co-operate with other Team Members and Departments for the benefit of the Passenger
- Interact with all Passengers in a friendly, efficient professional manner
- Provide consistent and excellent customer service by demonstrating effective listening skills and perception when talking to Passengers, isolating, anticipating and managing issues and suggesting appropriate alternatives to maximize operational opportunities
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety and Security Legislations and Procedures in the workplace
- Comply with Company
Service Standards and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work as part of a team and work a 7 day / 24 hour Rotational Shift Roster
- High standard of personal presentation and a willingness to wear the Company uniform to set standards
- A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to be an enthusiastic and supportive team member
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with people in a tactful and professional manner
- Must physically comply with the South Pacific Commission Body Mass Index Biometric Guidelines
- Must be trilingual, with excellent English spoken and written skills plus the ability to understand written Technical Manuals, and must demonstrate a high level of French conversational ability
- Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and obtain a valid Passport
- Ability to meet Corporate and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards
- All application must include a full length photograph of the applicant
- Must provide a medical report and police clearance.
