Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure
satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menu
- Make menu recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Present checks and collect payments from guests
- Work closely with all serving and kitchen staffs.

Criteria:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a hotel F&B
operations
- Possess good communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work with less supervision
- Experience in working in a team environment as an active team player
- Be willing to work long hours during busy period
- Have good understanding of POS system
- Be a Vanuatu citizen living in Port Vila.
