Job Description:
Tempo Holdings Ltd, a local company is seeking to employ a mature and experienced Property Operations Supervisor.

Duties will include:
  • Day to day running of apartments, studios and houses
  • Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Meeting and liaising with prospective tenants and organizations
  • Supervising cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure properties are kept at a high standard
  • Inventory and inspection checks  on tenant entry and exits
  • Issuing leases and invoices.
Criteria:
  • A current driver’s license is ESSENTIAL to this position. A copy of your driver’s license to accompany your application.
