RAMADA RESORT AKIRIKI and CHANTILLYS are looking for a
General Manager to manage and oversee the day to day operation of both resorts,
delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able
to forecast, plan and manage all, staff and finance. The successful applicant will
have relevant experience and a thorough knowledge of hospitality systems. The ideal candidate should also speak French.
Proficient operational knowledge of Property
Management System / Channel Manager / Online travel agent extranets:
implementation and management of the room types, rates, specials, availability
and allotment to maximize the occupancy and room revenue. Ramada is using
OPERA/ORACLE as PMS and Chantillys is using RoomMaster as their PMS.
The GM must Train, supervise, motivate, discipline and monitor the performance
of all employees.
