The Position | ||
The objective of this position is to provide sales development and management to maximize sales results. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic sales plan for Pacific Suppliers. The Sales Manager will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with the other members of the team. This position will report to the General Manager. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► A tertiary qualification and/or a 5 year-experience in sales management, preferably with an industrial background (Hospitality and/or Chemicals). | ||
► A full and valid driver’s license is a pre-requisite. | ||
► Excellent presentation, financial and negotiation capabilities. | ||
► Excellent oral and written communication skills effective in person and by phone. | ||
► Fluent in English. | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Fluent in French Language. | ||
► Accountable for results and deliverables with strong analytical and problem solving skills. | ||
► Interpret internal/external business issues and prioritize activity based on most pressing business needs, always bearing in mind the assigned long-term goals. | ||
► A proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers. | ||
