Job Description:
We are seeking someone to work in a professional
office environment, who can provide the highest standard of administrative
support services to staff in the office and public / clients (eg, phone,
reception, mail, word processing, document preparation, building and asset
maintenance matters, etc) working with minimal supervision and as part of a
team.

Criteria:
Key requirements:
- Must have a Certificate in Administration or equivalent or a higher Vocational
Certificate
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administrative / Customer
service role
- Confident and sound written and verbal communication skills (primarily English,
however being bi-lingual in French would be a bonus)
- Ability to learn quickly, handle multiple activities, monitor deadlines, due
dates
- Strongly customer and quality focused for accuracy, reliability and efficiency;
and
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs, especially Word and Excel,
plus database maintenance skills.
