The Organisation | ||
Consulting Vanuatu Ltd manages the Vanuatu Health Resource Mechanism (VHRM) on behalf of DFAT’s Australian Aid Program. Under this Mechanism, Advisers are engaged to work within the Vanuatu Ministry of Health to provide support in systems strengthening and capacity building. | ||
The Position | ||
Consulting Vanuatu Ltd is seeking a qualified HR professional to assist the Ministry of Health’s Human Resource Management & Development unit to improve the quality of HRM&D Services that are provided at National and Provincial levels, and establish HR Governance Systems to improve transparency and accountability in the provision of Health services. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other relevant tertiary degree. | ||
► Sound demonstrated experience in Human Resource Management including HR administration. | ||
► Demonstrated experience in building the capacity of others within a corporate setting. | ||
► Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to contribute as effective team member. | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Experience working within the Government of Vanuatu, and knowledge of PSC HR regulations would be desirable. | ||
► Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the full range of Microsoft Office programs. | ||
► Excellent written communication. | ||
► Enthusiastic attitude and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly on the job. | ||
