Criteria:
Qualified with more than 10 years' experience in butchery
Specialize in meat cuts, presentation and displays
Management experience essential
Able to run butchery 7 days a week
Good Leadership skills and effective team leader
Driving license needed
Applicants to work and be on standby at any hour, including Public Holidays, Weekends and have a sense of responsibility and initiative.
