The Position | ||
This role will work closely with the executive and will manage all pastries production and stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent dessert products which exceeds our customer’s expectations. Ensuring adherence to regulations concerning health, safety and other compliance requirements. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► Diploma or vocational certificate in culinary skills or related field. | ||
► Good communication skills in both English and French. | ||
► Mandatory 5-year experience as a pastry chef with an international brand. | ||
► Recent police clearance. | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. | ||
