The Organisation | ||
A leading international hotel brand with a 4 star Port Vila resort. | ||
The Position | ||
This role will work closely with the executive and will oversee and direct all aspects of overall housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas. | ||
Essential Selection Criteria | ||
► Diploma or vocational certificate in Hotel Management or related field. | ||
► Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Hotel Management System. | ||
► Good communication and writing skills in English. | ||
► Vanuatu residency and police clearance. | ||
► Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. | ||
Desirable Selection Criteria | ||
► Good communication skills both in French and Chinese. | ||
► Strong leadership skills in managing teams. | ||
