Kramer Ausenco is the largest and leading independent
professional Project Management and Engineering Services organisation in the
region. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time
position based in Port Vila. Managing the reception area you will be the first
point of contact for our office and responsible for:
- Answer all incoming calls and greeting of office
guests
- Record all weekly income and expenses and reconcile to the cash book
- Manage VAT return and VNPF payments
- Manage invoicing and client follow-ups
- Prepare banking
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Brisbane head office
- Gather weekly timesheets for the Brisbane head office
- Provide administrative support to the Country Manager including scheduling
appointments, managing travel requirements and preparation of reports and
documents as required
- HR Administrative duties including managing visa requirements for expatriate
staff and onboarding.
