Job Description:
- Assist to monitor, review and implement the Commissions
current policy on performance assessment/staff Appraisal system
- Assist to monitor and evaluate quality performance assessment in the Public
Service
- Assist to audit performance assessment of Government employees
- Assist to provide advice, consultation and training on performance assessment
- Assist in preparing submissions to the Commission for decisions on performance
awards and recognition
- Assist in filing of all Ministries Performance Appraisal documents
- Carries out any HR/Performance Assessment duties as required.

Criteria:
- Qualification - Degree or Diploma
- Special Business Education - Management
- Experience - at least 3 years’ experience in all or some of the duties
- Special Skills - Good planning, reporting, communication, and interpretation
skills, good research and analytical skills, teamwork and computer literate
- Must be open minded and able to think theoretically, practically and
analytically
- Excellent presentation skills which includes verbal and written communication
- Show a sense of professionalism, punctuality, visionary, adaptable commitment,
self-discipline, accountable and cooperate well with the team.
