Job Description:
Tempo holdings, a local company is seeking the services of an experienced property manager, duties will include:
  • Day to day running of apartments, studios and houses
  • Co-ordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Meeting and liaising with prospective tenants and organizations
  • Supervising cleaners and maintenance staff
  • Issuing leases and invoices.
Criteria:
  • Experience would be a benefit and a current drivers license is essential.
