Job Description:
Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for suitable
applicant for the position mentioned.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Determinate the strategic organizations and all the
implementation necessary relating to the commercial development, after analysis
and evaluation of the various components in the market
- To work out the institutional communication strategy
- To work out the operational budget of the commercial department
- To work out the mix products: price, promotion, innovation, packaging,
communication
- To negotiate trade agreements with the wholesalers and to set up medium-term
partnerships
- Coordinate and control with his/her collaborators the development of the goods
and services proposed by the company on the market
- Recommend and implement tools in order to achieve commercial objectives
- Analyses the commercial results of the sales teams and to discuss it on weekly
meetings (turnover report by sales person, customer’s sales…)
- Set up indicators concerning customer’s satisfaction
- Develop annually the department’s budget and control it daily
- Report to the head office concerning the sale’s evolution and the profitability
of the policies carried out
- To apply the quality procedure and manage its evolution
- Regularly visits the company’s customers
- Be the sales representative for main customers account.
The customers are mainly professionals: Retailers, Wholesalers, Cafés,
Restaurant, Hotels and Nakamals.
Criteria:
- Graduation: Year 13 + 5 years of commerce studies, + 5
years experience as a sales or marketing manager
- Main required skills: English, French, optional Bislama spoken, Sales
management, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, very good
computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Personal attributes: Honest and trust worthy.
