Job Description:
A local company is seeking an experienced person for
the above position.
Responsibilities:
- All general office Administration duties, roster scheduling and training of
staff
- Set weekly/monthly objectives and targets to achieve
- Plan and implement cost control measures
- Stock control and inventory reports
- Set and monitor quality and service standards.
Criteria:
Skills required:
- Applicants are required to have at least 10 years’ experience in a Food and
Beverage Management role and office administration for Hotel or Restaurant
- E-mail, Word, Excel, Adobe, Keynotes, Social Media, PC and Mac
- Sales and Event Management
- Front and Back of house management experience and
- Experience in Food expediting and training.
